Nearly 7 years ago,two men spoke about a vision to provide a venue where folks of all denominations could come together as one to worship JESUS in harmony and love.What started out as a local worship service has blossomed into one of the premier FREE CHRISTIAN MUSIC FESTS in the country. The vision was and is to remain FREE, bringing in the finest artists in CHRISTIAN music and providing the very best in speakers.We have grown from 3000 people attending our first year to 20,000 to 25000 people in 2006. We provide plenty of food vendors and we have a merch tent where all kinds of CHRISTIAN apparell and gifts may be purchased.Our prayer tent is actually our real focus as over 1000 people have gone there thru the years to ask for prayer, recommit their life to CHRIST or accept him as their LORD and SAVIOR for the first time. It(prayer tent) remains to be one of the main reasons we do WITNESSFEST.
The WITNESS FESTIVAL is sponsored entirely by love gifts and sponsorships from local businesses and individuals with the same heart and vision to see GODS work done here on earth. To be a part of changing lives for CHRIST. We many times refer to WITNESS as "the peoples fest" simply because its up to the individuals who sponsor us year in and year out that determine the future of WITNESS.We would ask that you prayerfully consider making a donation to WITNESS FESTIVAL. Its absolutely the only way we can remain free. Witness is one of only a handful of free fest remaining in the entire country. A free music fest where CHRISTIANS and NON- CHRISTIANS alike can bring their entire family and and worship our LORD,free of charge...NO TICKETS!
WITNESS is a rain or shine event. We provide a covered stage,large video board,front blanket area,handicap parking and seating,first aid services,lost and found,state and local police presence and plenty of restrooms.
