The directors of WITNESS MINISTRIES are excited to tell you that WITNESS 2008 is happening and we are setting the plans now. The date is JUNE 14TH, 2008. We wanted to tell our faithful sponsors first as to our plans for this year. We also want to again thank you for your past support. Because of you, over 1000 people have come into the PRAYER TENT asking for everything from prayer for a loved one to asking JESUS into their hearts for the first time. YOU have made this possible. It’s exciting to know that you have played a part in furthering GODS KINGDOM. Lives have been changed and families brought together because of your generosity. Our decision to take last year off was made because we felt the need to refocus, take some time to digest where Witness was going and to pray hard as to where GOD would have us go. That being said, we ARE recharged, refocused and ready to do a work for GOD and see the great works that GOD will do. We have done some considerable work on how we can continue to bring to QUARRYVILLE a Premier Christian music fest, full of all the wonderful things Witness has done in the past.

We however have become a bit concerned with the $95,000.00 budget from the past few years. So, our goal for WITNESS 2008 would be to drop $25,000 off of our budget and yet not jeopardize the character or general layout and feel to the fest. We believe we can reach that goal. We did loose a few major sponsors, such as WALDEN MEDIA, simply due to them not having any Christian films to promote this year. They had given us $7500.00 our last Witness fest. We are committed again this year to having a FREE admission!!! Here’s what we would ask from you. First and foremost, we would ask for your prayers. We would ask that you put Witness Ministries on your daily prayer list. We would also ask that you prayerfully consider how you can help WITNESS financially. We have said before that WITNESS FESTIVAL is really "the people''s festival." No one from Witness Ministries gets paid and the over 200 volunteers do it out of their love for JESUS. ABSOLUTELY 100% of the monies brought in go directly to pay for the fest.(artists, speakers, stage, sound and lights) We truly hope you see the value in our efforts and once again want to be a part of the greatest blessing you will ever have., The blessing of providing an opportunity for one to come to know JESUS CHRIST in a real and meaningful way.

As in the past, all sponsors will be recognized on our video board numerous times during the day. All $2500.00 sponsors will be allowed to run 2 – 3 minute commercials on our video board in addition to having their name run on our sponsor list. All major sponsors, $5000.00 and up will be announced through out the day from our main stage and will be given numerous spots on the video board throughout the day. We will guarantee our major sponsors at least 8 mentions from stage and will run any commercial provided to us promoting your company. We would also provide 2 backstage passes for any major sponsor .We are open to any other suggestions on how to promote our sponsors in any other way. We are thankful for what GOD has done in the past years and we can only imagine what HE has in store for us this year.
